Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days.
Vivispalmbeach.com will let you know by email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to
confirm availability. All orders are subject to credit approval.
Returns
We will make every effort to satisfy you with your order. If an item does not suit your needs (for any reason),
we will gladly accept its return for a refund, excluding any shipping charges, for up to 30 days from the date of our shipment to you.
Returned items must be unused and in salable condition.
Personalized items are not returnable, so we ask that you take special care when ordering.

Gift Wrapping
Vivi’s is pleased to offer gift wrapping as an option. Most items can be gift wrapped (our trademark yellow paper with bright green yarn) and shipped directly to your designated recipient. We can enclose a card with a brief message with each gift.
Shipping Policy
Vivispalmbeach.com normally ships to addresses in the United States. Some restrictions apply. Addresses outside the contiguous United States will incur additional charges. We will contact you for your approval of any additional charges.
Standard Delivery
We deliver via UPS Ground or a comparable service. UPS will not deliver to a Post Office Box. Vivispalmbeach.com uses the U.S. Postal Service for all PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Destinations in Alaska or Hawaii usually incur a surcharge of $12.00.
Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together. However, your delivery charge will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.
Air or Rush Charges are available.
Items shipped to a Florida address incur a 6.5% sales tax.
